The town of Akureyri offers primary and secondary school students in Akureyri swimming and skiing during the winter holidays of the primary schools.
On Thursday 3 March and Friday 4 March, primary and secondary school students can go to ski lifts and swimming pools in Akureyri free of charge.
Primary school students provide the ID number and name of the school in the reception and upper secondary school students in VMA and MA present student IDs.
